Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate for a Garden-style community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases for smooth move-ins.

This on-site role involves presenting show units, implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy, and handling renewals.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and explain leasing terms.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect vacants and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance to ensure show-ready units.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals; coordinate with leasing team on outcomes.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and maintain occupancy targets.
• Use property software to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data; ensure compliance with policies.
