Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a Garden community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.

You will also manage lease renewals, follow up with residents, and support marketing efforts using on-site software and local channels. A valid driver's license is required, plus standard licenses for local jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail, and other sites.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and leasing data and to manage resident information.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal by preparing renewal letters and arranging renewals.
• Responds to resident/owner concerns promptly and documents requests.
