Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and staff, staying informed about market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness, schedule maintenance if needed
• Stay informed about market conditions and help develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including referral programs and online marketing
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data
