Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across on-site properties. You will drive occupancy and revenue by engaging prospects, guiding tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings.

Ideal candidates bring sales, leasing, and customer service experience, with strong marketing know-how and proficiency in property management software like Yardi. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve customer issues is preferred.
• Ability to work with residents, prospects, and team members to achieve leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage lease renewals and implement renewal letters and packages.
• Maintain show units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure model accuracy.
• Utilize Yardi and other tools to track availability and leasing activities.
