Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing for residential communities.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Customer service orientation to ensure resident satisfaction and renewals.
• Proficiency with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement occupancy-focused marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook and email channels.
• Track availability and leasing activities in the software system and maintain data integrity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects and renewing residents to close leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
