Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Leasing/Marketing coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue at a mid-rise community. You will coordinate leasing activities, qualify prospects, tours, applications, and renewals while delivering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role involves market awareness, on-site operations, and close collaboration with maintenance and the leasing team to maintain show quality and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Support move-in and lease signing to ensure a smooth resident onboarding.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads; conduct tours of the property and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening, and conduct background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Execute lease renewal letters and coordinate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure show units meet company standards.
