Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales in property management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow marketing plans and drive occupancy.
• Familiarity with on-site software and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour communities and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare move-in packages.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
