Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance for upkeep.
• Maintain data in on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) and track traffic, prospects, and demographics.
