Greystar in Peoria, AZ seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction from tour to move-in and beyond.

You will manage applications, screenings, and move-in packages, collaborate with maintenance, and execute community marketing plans using OneSite/Yardi. Strong customer service and organization are essential for daily leasing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewal processes.
• Ability to greet, tour, process applications and screen prospects.
• Driver's license required to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive sales.
• Execute on-site marketing activities and online campaigns to generate traffic.
• Maintain show units and prep the leasing office for daily activity.
• Support lease renewal communications and paperwork.
