You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and coordinate move-ins, while supporting lease renewals. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is a plus; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks.
• Flex schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of market conditions and competitor activity to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications and screenings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online tools.
• Utilize OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate renewals.
