Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-in and renewal processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, tracking leads in OneSite/Yardi, and implementing local marketing plans to maintain high occupancy and revenue. A valid driver's license and eligibility to work onsite are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects.
• Ability to conduct community tours and show apartments.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement marketing plans.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and leases.
• Use property management software to track availability and lead activity.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are photo-ready.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases/renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages.
