Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-in actions to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Daily duties include marketing campaigns, competitive analysis, and using OneSite/Yardi to track traffic and leases. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packets.
• Screen credit and background, coordinate move-in and sign lease.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and tenant data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and maintain showroom appeal.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to support renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues.
