• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and lease signing
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and lease signing
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure move-in readiness
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs
• Create marketing campaigns using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites
• Use on-site property management software to track availability and data
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests
