• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to support renewals and satisfaction.
