Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and maintenance of high occupancy levels.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of advertising/marketing programs.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and vendors.
