Job summary

Lancaster Campus seeks an enthusiastic Leasing & Marketing Manager to drive unit leasing, on-site marketing, and outreach efforts for maximum occupancy. You will serve as the primary contact for leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and lead tours while implementing proactive marketing strategies and renewal programs.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain property performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; typing accuracy.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy.
• Serve as first contact for leasing inquiries; schedule appointments and tours.
• Develop and implement proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain occupancy at market rates to ensure property stability.
• Review market surveys to stay informed on local markets.
• Walk model units daily to ensure presentation readiness.
• Record traffic and activity daily.
• Follow up on guest cards and referrals promptly.
• Notify prospects of acceptance or rejection within 24 hours.
• Record service requests accurately and post them.
• Follow up on work orders weekly.
• Assist with hiring and training leasing staff.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties.
