Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager in Tallahassee, FL to oversee leasing, renewals, marketing, and reporting for a designated community. You will drive occupancy through strategic pricing, customer engagement, and coordinated marketing plans.

You will coordinate events, maintain accurate marketing materials, and manage relationships with residents, prospects, and campus partners. Strong communication, MS Office, and Entrata experience are desirable.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience.
• Supervisory or management experience a plus.
• MS Office experience; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review market conditions and adjust pricing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Greet and qualify prospects, present property, and close the lease.
• Oversee leasing operations and daily follow-up activities in Entrata.
• Ensure marketing collateral and website content are accurate and updated.
• Plan and execute community events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Monitor revenue proforma and report on leasing velocity and occupancy targets.
• Develop marketing plans for the community and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Coordinate partnerships and outreach with local universities and campus communities.
