B.H.O M Student Living in Tallahassee is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue for the community. You will oversee leasing tours, close sales, develop campus-focused marketing plans, and lead a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls and closing efforts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly and annual marketing plans.
• Engage with campuses and organize housing fairs and student events.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training and coaching leasing team members.
• Track leasing performance analytics and prepare decision-ready reports.
• Ensure compliance with leasing procedures and confidentiality requirements.
