hppmliving is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Manager to support leasing operations at The Capitol in Tallahassee. The role oversees leasing performance, occupancy goals, staff training, and resident satisfaction, combining marketing leadership with strong customer service in a full-time capacity.

The position requires coordinating on-site activities, delivering weekly marketing plans, and managing relationships with the community and competitors while ensuring property standards and compliance.

Formación

• Experience directing marketing, advertising, and sales at a multifamily community.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and leasing process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee on-site leasing team and marketing efforts.
• Manage leasing information in property management software.
• Finalize leases and conduct file audits for accuracy.
• Analyze reports to improve leasing performance.
• Train staff on inquiries, tasks, and market outreach.
• Create and execute weekly marketing plans and campaigns.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders and competitors.
• Organize leasing and marketing events on and off property.
• Maintain social media presence with engaging content.
