Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans to meet occupancy goals and track leasing reports.
• Close sales: schedule tours, process applications, maintain model and traffic follow up.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.
• Train leasing staff on campus marketing and lease documents.
• Maintain resident communications, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Walk properties regularly to identify maintenance issues.
