Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to support property operations, drive occupancy, and enhance resident relations at our Riverside, CA property. This role partners with the General Manager to ensure financial stability and excellent service for residents.

Responsibilities include lease administration, rent collection, financial reporting, and coordinating social activities to build a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (IRRM) or Certified Apartment Manager (BOMA) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all actions that involve and/or influence the property.
• Accept rent and follow up on delinquencies.
• Post rent and miscellaneous income receipts.
• Make bank deposits daily when receipts are on hand.
• Post and follow up on NSF checks.
• Handle evictions and NSF warrants.
• Turn over bad debts for collection.
• Report income to the Property Accountant.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations.
• Answer telephones as needed.
• Plan and direct social activities as needed.
• Inspect move-outs and schedule units for turnover.
• Verify leases match system records.
• Follow up on service requests and perform callbacks.
• Verify Weekly Leasing Reports for accuracy.
• Maintain income/expense records in the computer.
• Pay property bills and forward disbursement journals.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure proper coding.
• Update and post security deposits; process refunds/forfeitures.
• Maintain property records and general filing.
