Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks a Leasing & Marketing Manager in Riverside to join our team of housing professionals serving college students. You will assist the General Manager with all property operations, leasing activities and resident relations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, timely rent collection, and accurate income reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is expected, with knowledge of Entrata preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager (IREM) or CAM preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all actions that involve and/or influence the property.
• Accept rent and follow up on delinquencies.
• Post rent and miscellaneous income receipts.
• Plan and direct social activities as needed.
• Inspect move-outs and schedule units for turnkey as directed.
• Verify that information on move-in and renewal leases agrees with information entered into the computer.
• Follow up on service requests and perform call backs.
• Verify completion and accuracy of Weekly Leasing Reports.
