Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an Assistant Apartment Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day property operations at a campus housing location in Riverside, CA. This role focuses on rent processing, resident relations, and coordinating leasing activities to ensure customer satisfaction and financial stability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager or CAM preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all actions that involve and/or influence the property.
• Accept rent and follow up on delinquencies.
• Post rent, income receipts and process deposits.
• Handle evictions and NSF warrants, and turn over bad debts for collection.
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations.
• Plan and direct social activities and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Maintain accurate income and expense records in the computer.
