Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accredited Residential Manager or Certified Apartment Manager preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Ability to follow through with all paperwork and ensure deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all actions that involve and/or influence the property.
• Accept rent and follow up on delinquencies.
• Post rent and miscellaneous income receipts.
• Make bank deposits daily when receipts are on hand.
• Post and follow up on NSF checks.
• Handle evictions and NSF warrants.
• Plan and direct social activities as needed.
• Inspect move-outs and schedule units for turnover as directed.
• Verify leases align with computer records and post income/expenses.
