Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Computer skills and math ability.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Ability to follow through with all deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy.
• Serve as first point of contact for leasing inquiries and schedule tours.
• Develop and implement on-site marketing initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain occupancy at target levels and ensure fiscal stability.
• Review market surveys to stay informed on local markets.
• Lead daily site tours and present units to prospects.
• Record traffic and activity, and manage follow-ups on prospects.
• Assist with hiring and training leasing staff and keep admin duties up to date.
