Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site leasing team and guide marketing efforts.
• Manage prospect and lease information in property management software.
• Finalize leases, audits, and ensure contracts are complete.
• Analyze reports to identify issues impacting leasing performance.
• Respond to resident and ownership questions in a timely manner.
• Train leasing staff on inquiries, tasks, and market activities.
• Develop weekly marketing plans and execute tactics.
• Build relationships within the community and with area competitors.
• Organize leasing and marketing campaigns and events on and off property.
• Manage social media and create engaging content.
• Inspect property for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with all prospects.
• Close sales, make appointments, generate leads, and manage follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly occupancy, traffic, market surveys, and rent collection reports.
• Foster a positive environment for residents and staff.
