The position reports to the Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and/or Leasing Manager, and involves light office duties, guest communication, and occasional model unit upkeep as part of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; active enrollment in a degree program preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in leasing, marketing or customer service is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors
• Handle lease and resident communication, filing, and answering phones
• Lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents
• Conduct outside marketing under supervision
• Coordinate application reviews including credit and income verifications and background checks
• Prepare lease packets and ensure proper documentation and signatures
• Ensure apartment condition prior to move-in and perform final inspections
• Follow up on lease terms, renewals, and annual renewal campaigns
• Daily marketing inspections and maintaining model and amenities areas; assist with supplies and refreshments
