• Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills; able to communicate benefits effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Handle lease-related communications and light office duties.
• Lease apartments in line with budget and standards; coordinate renewals.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all interactions.
• Coordinate application reviews including verifications and background checks.
• Ensure apartments are ready and inspected prior to move-in.
• Support daily marketing and community branding efforts; assist in events.
