Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Marketing/Leasing Manager to lead community marketing, advertising, and sales activities, driving occupancy and revenue goals across on-site teams.

You will supervise leasing staff, coordinate with maintenance, and implement pricing strategies while ensuring a high standard of service and curb appeal across the property. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on management in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees leasing process, qualifying prospects and preparing lease documentation.
• Develops pricing strategies and promotions to boost traffic and leases.
• Ensures the physical condition meets company standards through coordination with maintenance.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to identify issues impacting leasing performance.
