Job summary

The position features a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call, a robust benefits package, and eligibility for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee leasing processes including traffic generation, prospect qualification, lease documentation, and move-ins.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies to boost traffic and leases.
