Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader to manage the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities, drive occupancy, and lead the leasing team to deliver leased units and positive resident experiences.

The role involves developing pricing strategies, monitoring traffic and closing ratios, and coordinating with on-site maintenance to ensure a market-ready environment and high leasing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Experience supervising leasing teams and handling lease documentation.

Responsabilités

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members and resources to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee pricing, concessions, leasing incentives and advertising to boost traffic and leases.
• Develop and implement on-site marketing plans and monitor leasing performance with reports.
