Job summary

Greystar is seeking a marketing and leasing leader to direct the community’s advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to maximize revenue and occupancy. You will develop pricing strategies, coordinate reports, and ensure competitive placement of units across markets.

The role requires hands-on management of marketing plans, on-site operations, and collaboration with maintenance to keep properties market-ready. A leader who drives results and resident satisfaction will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience directing community marketing, advertising and leasing activities.
• Ability to set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Strong reporting skills using property management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Oversee leasing team and guide on-site staff in tenant relations and renewals.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance.
• Present marketing results and strategies to clients, owners, and managers.
