Job summary

Yugo USA LLC in Raleigh is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive leasing operations for a student housing property. You will oversee the leasing team, lead tours, qualify applicants, and manage renewals to maintain high occupancy and excellent resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year in residential properties or rental operations, with Entrata or similar software experience preferred. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based at our Raleigh property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience in property management, tenant relations, or university housing preferred.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, resident retention, and renewals to hit occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a welcoming resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing and outreach to boost community visibility and leasing performance.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to support leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Coordinate resident events to enhance satisfaction and retention.
