Yugo Salt Lake City is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, guide the staff, and drive high occupancy at a student housing property.

You will manage tours, applications, renewals, and move-ins, while coordinating marketing, resident relations, and reporting. Requirements include a minimum of one year in residential operations and Entrata experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations may be accepted.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations is required.
• Experience at a university/college property is a plus.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all leasing, retention, and renewal activities to hit occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries; qualify applicants per company standards.
• Process applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewal documentation accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing/outreach to increase visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
