Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Leasing Manager in Salt Lake City to oversee all leasing activities, train and supervise the leasing team, and drive occupancy goals. You will handle tours, applicant screening, lease processing, and move-ins/outs while coordinating marketing and community outreach.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to contribute to a vibrant student housing community. Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience at a property; university/college experience preferred.
• Entrata or other rental software experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and staff.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to obtain training.

Mansioni

• Oversee all leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants per standards.
• Process rental applications and leases; manage move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Lead leasing staff and coordinate marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain leasing records and daily activity tracking.
