Job summary

Yugo Champaign South Third Lofts is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead all aspects of leasing operations at the property. You will manage leasing staff, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes professional customer service and compliance with housing laws. The position is hourly/non-exempt with compensation ranging from $19 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Entrata or similar rental software experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
• Willingness to obtain Carbon Literacy Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing, retention, and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants per company standards.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins/outs and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a smooth resident experience.
• Lead leasing staff, train for best practices in leasing and customer service.
• Prepare weekly leasing, occupancy, and activity reports.
