Job summary

Yugo Highbranch Gainesville is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations, drive occupancy, and lead a leasing team at the property. The role requires delivering exceptional resident experiences and ensuring compliance and accuracy in all leasing processes.

You will conduct tours, qualify applicants, coordinate move-ins, maintain records, and report occupancy metrics to the General Manager. A minimum of one year in residential property operations and Entrata or similar software is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience working at a property or university setting preferred.
• Entrata or other rental software experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Carbon literacy certification or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewals accurately and timely.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and resident files.
