PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager for a multifamily community in Gainesville, FL. You will drive leasing, marketing, and resident programs, working closely with the property manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfort with social media marketing and events.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop leasing staff (full-time and part-time).
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent PeakMade.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewals, and resident programs.
• Conduct property tours and address resident needs proactively.
• Lease and renew apartments in person or online; manage move-ins/outs.
