PeakMade Real Estate seeks an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for our student housing communities. You will partner with the property manager to drive occupancy, revenue and retention while delivering PeakMade brand-aligned events and campaigns.

You’ll supervise leasing staff, coordinate tours, host lease-ups and renewals, and use social media tools to boost visibility. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualificações

• 2+ years leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade.
• Supervise lease up events, renewals and resident programs.
• Give property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, phone or online.
• Manage move-in/out events and deposits as needed.
• Maintain property social media presence and marketing assets.
• Support annual marketing plans and budget adherence.
• Drive traffic, close leases and achieve occupancy goals.
