Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to execute events, campaigns, and retention programs that align with PeakMade’s brand.

Lead a leasing team and ensure revenue, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with social media and office software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience in off-campus student housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred; some weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade in the community.
• Plan and implement lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give property tours to prospects onsite and address needs and concerns.
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits as needed.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and property records.
