PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing efforts for a student housing community in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and retention while managing events and campaigns aligned with PeakMade branding.

The role emphasizes leadership, digital execution, and engaging with residents, staff, and prospects to create memorable experiences and strengthen the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff and support recruitment.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade.
• Plan and execute lease-up events and resident programs.
• Give property tours and drive occupancy goals.
• Lease and renew units in person, by phone, or online.
• Support move-in/move-out events and deposits.
