Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing across off-campus student housing communities in the United States. You will partner with the property manager to execute events and campaigns aligned with PeakMade's brand and goals.

You will lead leasing staff, deliver excellent customer service, and use social media and property management software to create engaging campaigns, tours, and promotions that attract college students and boost retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leasing teams and driving occupancy targets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-time and part-time leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent PeakMade publicly.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Conduct property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew units via in-person, phone, or online channels.
• Support move-in/out events and deposits/fees as needed.
• Create and manage marketing materials and campus-targeted promotions.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
