PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Fort Lauderdale to drive leasing and marketing for a student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to deliver events and campaigns aligned with the PeakMade brand, while leading a team to hit revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leasing, live tours, and dynamic digital execution across social channels and property platforms.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff (full-time and part-time)
• Provide excellent customer service as a PeakMade representative
• Plan and execute lease-up events and resident programs
• Give property tours and address customer needs proactively
• Lease and renew apartments in person, by phone, or online
• Coordinate move-in/out activities and deposits
