Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a proactive Leasing Manager for a multifamily community in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This onsite role leads leasing staff, drives marketing campaigns, and partnerships to hit occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining PeakMade brand standards.

You will work with the property manager and team to deliver high-quality tours, events, and resident programs, coordinating across digital and traditional channels to attract college students and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Strong communication skills that foster belonging and teamwork
• Passion for helping college students find their next home

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full time and part time leasing staff; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a Peak and community representative.
• Supervise lease up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and Resident Programs.
• Give informative property tours on site and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits/fees as needed.
