Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Gainesville, FL is seeking an on-site Property Manager to lead a conventional multifamily asset and maximize occupancy, NOI, and resident experience. You will recruit, mentor and supervise high-performing staff and execute creative leasing strategies to drive rental income.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in multifamily property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Entrata or similar software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and develop budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site staff with recruitment, training, coaching and development.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; implement leasing plans.
• Develop and manage operating budgets/forecasts; improve NOI.
• Monitor rent collections and statutory compliance.
• Manage resident retention and service requests; coordinate maintenance.
• Complete required reports and perform monthly property inspections.
