Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems and Yardi.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market the property and interact with prospective and current residents.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, and prepare lease docs.
• Review lease applications for accuracy and collect payments.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
