Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Spring, TX to oversee rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals. You will market to prospective residents, coordinate with maintenance, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding service to residents and clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing/management experience, familiarity with Yardi or similar PMS, and strong communication skills. A supportive team culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-ins and ensure apartments are ready.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery to residents.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
