Avenue5 Residential’s Woodside Place is seeking a leasing manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will be responsible for marketing the community and interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention.

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management system.
• Experience with Yardi or another PMS.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market the property and interact with residents and prospects to achieve occupancy.
• Maintain accurate resident files and coordinate with maintenance.
