Woodside Place at Avenue5 Residential in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals, while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents and coordinate with maintenance and property teams.

The role requires at least one year of leasing experience, proficiency in Yardi or similar PMS, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems.
• Experience with Yardi or other PMS.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Train and coach leasing consultants to achieve optimal performance.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and update advertisements as needed.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and ensure timely follow-ups.
