Job summary

Avenue5 Residential's The Sylvan in The Woodlands is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents, aim for maximum occupancy, and deliver exceptional service while keeping accurate records.

Experience in leasing or sales is preferred, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems helps. The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
• Prepare lease documentation, complete move-in paperwork, and maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Tour model apartments, schedule visits, and follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email.
• Support management with clerical tasks and assist with resident relations and events.
